Abhi is a software engineer working for a large company in Ohio. He wanted to leverage his savings and equity in his primary residence. After getting Abhi preapproved by a local community bank he put in a bid to buy a retail property in Springboro, OH. The pizza company Papa John has been leasing this property for a long time and the lease is guaranteed with a corporate guarantee. Being an out of state investor, Adam was looking to invest in Ohio in properties that have no or minimal landlord responsibilities. Adam has many close friends and relatives who are interested in investing with him.
